Responsibilities
- Perform high-accuracy data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with filing and document management, ensuring all records are organized and up-to-date.
- Support weekend front desk operations by greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks to ensure financial records are current.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry and office administration.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
