Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Manage incoming inquiries via email and phone, routing them to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including calendar management and preparing meeting agendas.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Support the team with general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional demeanor.
