Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors, taking detailed messages.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Process invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.
