Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely responses.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including updating databases, entering client information, and maintaining digital records.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and managing the mailroom.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure office operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility and attention to detail.
