Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel in a timely manner.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and transfer inquiries efficiently.
- Administrative Duties: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage deliveries, and maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance.
- Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing the company calendar, and coordinating meetings.
- Office Support: Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth office experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
