Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
