Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, routing messages and calls appropriately.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations prior to events.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, team building activities, and client hospitality.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including data entry and database management.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Proficient in basic accounting or bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is a strong asset.
