Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries during the night shift with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry, update client records, and maintain digital filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Inventory & Security: Conduct nightly inventory checks and assist with security rounds as required by facility protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide timely support to internal teams and external clients, ensuring all requests are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Report Generation: Compile daily reports and summarize key metrics for the day shift team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
