Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management for weekly reports.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for weekend staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.

Qualifications
