Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
- Mail and Delivery: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.

Qualifications
