Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or taking detailed messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the corporate calendar using scheduling software.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
