Responsibilities
- Perform High-Speed Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our CRM and database systems with 99% accuracy.
- Office Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage correspondence, and organize physical and digital files.
- Scheduling & Communication: Assist with calendar management, schedule appointments, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Report Generation: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, compiling data from various sources.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and process purchase orders as needed.
- Customer Support: Answer phones professionally and address inquiries via email to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required! We provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and correct them before they impact the business.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
