Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks using MS Office and proprietary software systems.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 35+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
