Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements using calendar management software.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and shredding documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
