Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence, and phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare internal memos, presentations, and reports as needed using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the workspace is well-stocked.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
