Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and visitor management.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using office management software.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
