Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and special events.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle basic office supply inventory and requisitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
