Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry tasks and generate accurate daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and grammar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
