- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform accurate data entry into our CRM and internal databases.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic office organization and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
