Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries.
- Perform data entry, file management, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
