Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy, ensuring all client information is digitized correctly.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Assist with filing, scanning documents, and maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or phone, providing accurate information regarding our services.
- Update and maintain internal databases and records using standard office software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or data entry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
