Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including sorting emails and routing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and prepare agendas for executive meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with inventory control, including tracking office supplies and placing orders with vendors.
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, managing the reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
