Responsibilities

- File Management: Organize both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Communication Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain consistency in data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with some evening availability if needed.
