Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer and manage incoming calls with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative support tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all office safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.
