Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital and physical files with precision and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and manage travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in data entry and maintain up-to-date databases for client records.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management and vendor relations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
