Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- No prior professional experience necessary (Entry Level friendly).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
