Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute internal correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
