Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99.9% accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our CRM systems.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, screening calls, and directing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for management staff, ensuring efficient time management.
- Process invoices and expense reports as needed to support the finance department.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors visiting our local office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Austin location.
