Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Support executive staff with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
