- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional environment.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls, route messages, and screen visitors professionally.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, distribute packages, and assist with general office errands.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional service to maintain our high standards.
- Data Entry: Update client information and maintain accurate records using office software.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary – we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
