Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into our CRM and database systems.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining digital calendars.
- Prepare and format reports and documents using MS Office Suite.
- Answer general inquiries via email and phone with a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility.
