- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for seamless data retrieval.
- Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in all record-keeping.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and general administrative documentation.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc projects and office management tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative experience.
