Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients with a professional and warm demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, screen calls, and take accurate messages for staff members.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Scheduling: Assist with managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the office.
- Mail & Supplies: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; maintain office supply inventory and order as needed.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming inquiries professionally and resolve issues or direct them to management promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior receptionist experience is required; we will train the right candidate!
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are mandatory.
