Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking conference rooms, and taking minutes.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to management, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Qualifications
