Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date in our database systems.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, escalating urgent matters to management immediately.
- Prepare, proofread, and format internal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with basic office management, including supply inventory and vendor coordination.
- Support the sales and operations teams with ad-hoc reporting and research.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
