Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, memos, and invoices.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for department heads.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
- Support team members with general office tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation (if on-site).
