Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate visitor badges and manage access control systems for security.
- Support the weekend management team with scheduling and calendar management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
