Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones professionally, and manage the reception area during night operations.
- Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in various databases and CRM systems with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Process incoming mail, handle email inquiries, and distribute information to appropriate departments.
- Inventory & Filing: Manage physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable.
- Schedule Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the management team.
- Security Compliance: Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
