Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, including updating customer databases and processing invoices.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, routing them to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for team events.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as petty cash reconciliation and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to streamline office procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
