Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone calls, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support at the front desk.
- Maintain accurate office filing systems and manage inventory.
- Assist with data entry and database management as needed.
- Support the senior management team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
