Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations.
- Process invoices, handle expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Assist with special projects and event planning, coordinating logistics for company-wide meetings and team building activities.
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
