Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory (Entry Level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
