Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements using digital calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with data entry, document filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management and vendor relations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
