Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with accuracy and speed.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with basic office errands and supply management.
- Update customer and internal databases as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in reception, front desk, or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available for part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
