Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
- Screen and direct visitors, vendors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
