Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document management with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, during night hours.
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment for the night operations.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure office environment for the night shift team.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the night supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
