Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and client data into our CRM and internal databases with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, routing urgent items to the appropriate department promptly.
- Perform regular filing, scanning, and archiving of physical and digital documents.
- Prepare and format reports, invoices, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for senior management.
- Verify and reconcile financial data and expense reports as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel formulas, Pivot Tables) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
