Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, routing messages to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including mail sorting, supply inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements for executives, and manage the company calendar to ensure seamless operations.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, including logistics, catering, and attendee coordination.
- Customer Relations: Greet visitors warmly and provide general information to ensure a positive experience for clients and employees.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
