- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional emails, memos, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for department heads.
- Inventory: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure operational continuity.
- Research: Conduct basic research and compile reports to assist the management team with decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office setting is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
