Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package tracking.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and the preparation of professional documents.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable computer skills and attention to detail.
